Whatever your training needs, we can provide fully facilitated communication skills and customer service staff training, appropriate to your business.
Customer service courses lead to the SimComm Academy Customer Service Award (Foundation Level).
Alternatively, we can provide actor role players to work in conjunction with your training team.
All our actor role players are fully consented to take part in simulation-based education (SBE) and for photography and filming.

Myers Briggs personality type indicators (MBTI)
We can also run sessions designed around Myers Briggs personality type indicators (MBTI) in conjunction with a communication skills session. This leads to an increased understanding of how a team works together. It will help staff with an increased self-awareness, a higher ability to influence others, a renewed sense of team unity, improve strategies in dealing with stress and recognise tools to manage conflict.
We focus on practical examples, making sure that there are benefits for participants at work and at home.
MBTI sessions can run for a whole or half day.
